Send a little art this Christmas. This animated e-card is made from my original floral collage painting on linen canvas, 'To Be With You #43'. Pink, coral and gold petals drift in, swirl and settle into the painting, “Merry Christmas” writes itself across the top in red, and soft snow falls over the whole card.
As a digital download, you can send it via WhatsApp, text or email within minutes, and also then print the postcard if you’d like something to hold or put in an envelope to send to someone.

About the Artwork
'To Be With You #43' is an original floral collage painting on linen canvas, made with collage art and painted brushstrokes in soft pinks, corals, reds and gold. The card keeps the texture of the linen and the hand-made feel of the original. Beautiful animation of the painting has been created to then spread the joy of Christmas!
How to Use
1. Download your files
After you pay, you’ll get an email with a link to download your files. If you can’t see it within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. If the files arrive in one zipped folder, open or unzip it first to see everything inside.
2. Send the card by WhatsApp or text message
Save the phone video (the MP4 file) to your phone. Then open a chat, tap the attach or “+” button, choose your photos or gallery, and select the video. It’s made for phone screens, so it fills the display.
3. Send the card by email
Use the GIF file. In most email programs, insert it into the body of your message as a picture, rather than attaching it, so it plays when the recipient opens your email. Some email programs show only the first image of a GIF, but yours starts on the finished card, so it will still look right.
4. Print the postcard
Open the PDF and print it at actual size or 100% (not “fit to page”). It’s made for 4 x 6 inch (10 x 15 cm) photo paper or card, and printing borderless gives the best result if your printer offers it. You can also take the PDF to a print shop and ask for 4 x 6 inch prints. Write your message on the back by hand.
5. A few helpful tips
- Videos and GIFs can be large, so send them over Wi-Fi if you can.
- Some apps compress videos, so they may look a little softer than the original file.
- Colours can look slightly different on different screens and printers.
- Keep your original download safe, so you can send the card again or print more copies.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is this a physical card?
No. It’s an instant digital download, so nothing is posted to you. You get the animated card, an email version and a printable postcard to use right away.
How do I get my files?
After you pay, you’ll receive an email with a download link. If you can’t see it within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t find it, contact me and I’ll help.
Does the card have sound?
No. It’s a silent animation, so it plays quietly when someone opens it.
How big are the files?
The phone video is roughly 9 MB and the email GIF roughly 6 MB. The printable PDF is much smaller. It’s best to send the video and GIF over Wi-Fi where you can.
Can I send it to more than one person?
Yes. You’re welcome to send it to as many friends and family as you like. It’s for personal use only, so please don’t resell or share the files publicly.
Can I print more than one copy?
Yes, you can print as many postcards as you like for personal use. The postcard is made for 4 x 6 inches (10 x 15 cm). Printing it much larger will make it look softer.
Can I add my own name or message?
The card itself isn’t personalised, and the files can’t be edited. But you can write a message by hand on the back of the printed postcard, and add your own message in the text, email or chat you send the card with.
Can I use it for my business, such as sending it to clients?
The licence is for personal use only. If you’d like to use it for your business, please contact me and I’ll let you know the options.
Why do the colours look different on my screen or printout?
Every screen and printer shows colour a little differently, and the card is based on a painting on linen canvas. For the closest match when printing, use photo paper and choose your printer’s photo or high-quality setting.
The GIF or video isn’t playing properly. What can I do?
- Make sure the file has finished downloading.
- For email, insert the GIF as a picture in the body of your message, not as an attachment. Some email programs show only the first frame of a GIF, but the first frame of this one is the finished card.
- For phones, save the MP4 to your photos or gallery before sending it from there.
If it still doesn’t work, contact me and I’ll help you sort it out.
Is the painting original?
Yes. The card is made from my original floral collage painting on linen canvas. The animated card and postcard are created digitally from that artwork.
Can I get a refund?
Because this is a digital product delivered instantly, I can’t offer refunds or exchanges once the files have been downloaded. If there’s a problem with your files, such as a broken download or a file that won’t open, please contact me and I’ll fix it or send replacements.
